5 signs it's time to quit your job [video]

Today I'm writing to you from a beautiful little cafe that is a 10 minute walk from my house. I come here, at least once a week, to write, think and get work done.

As December is around the corner, I can hardly believe that it's been almost a year since I quit full-time work and started working as Mindset Coach & Kinesiologist.

I've also been reflecting on my clients this year and how many incredible souls have shared their stories with me. Funny enough, there have been some major themes across my clients all the way from Canada to locally here in Australia.

I realised that I tend to attract people who are on the verge of quitting their jobs.

The thing is, most times, they don't realise just how much "on the verge" they are until they come in for a session and pin drops that their next move is to hand in a resignation letter.

I love supporting clients during this period because I know how difficult it is to leave a familiar job and go onto whatever is next. I've been in this position many, many times.

I quit my job in corporate communications almost 4 years ago now in order to "figure out what I wanted to do with my life". Then I quit another job in order to travel around the world. Most recently I quit in order to start my own business.

Whether it's in my own personal life or from discussions with clients, I've realised there are some obvious signs that it's time to quit your job.

No matter what, if these signs are ignored, you're caught in a cycle of perturbation (pressure that is being applied to you by the universe) in order to get you to shift. The longer you stay, the more stress and pressure you feel.

So if I've still got your attention and you're wondering "Is this me?", I encourage you to watch this week's video: 5 signs it's time to quit your job.

Make sure you listen to sign #4 and #5 because these are major and often missed because people think this way of feeling is just "normal".

How many signs did you resonate with? If you've watched this video and you just know that it's time to move on, but you don't know where to start, I'd love to hold your hand.
